The furnishing and styling phase where we will implement bespoke furniture design, bespoke joinery, soft furnishings, lighting and decorative elements and specify all associated costs.
Procurement
Providing all estimates and quotes and maintaining detailed budgets to the coordination of shipments and final installation on site.
Turnkey Home Styling
If you would like the full lifestyle package, Sophie and her team will curate and dress each project with all the essential homeware items as well as floral design and artwork.
The Design Process
Concept Design
Sets out our key design principles and character for the overall project
Schematic Design
Develops the overall scheme including furniture, lighting, floor coverings, floor treatments and all other finishes to the specification and dimensions of the site, initiating a drawing package of the interior design.
Design Development
Includes the finalisation of design drawings including furniture layouts, finishes and lighting.
Implementation
We review the intended designs, place orders and begin the execution and installation phase of the project.
Handover
We will assist with snagging, installation and styling of the property.
